New servers in Australia and Japan at Early Access launch

With the Early Access launch on September 8, we will open servers in Australia (Sydney) and Japan (Tokyo).

Playtests end on September 3. Progression will be wiped before Early Access

As Shatterline enters Early Access on September 8, 2022, the current playtest will end on September 3.


The servers will be offline from 8:00 CEST (2am EDT) on September 3 to the Early Access launch on September 8.


Kindly be advised that all your progression attained during the playtest will be reset on September 8. After September 8 there will be no more wipes, even at game release.

Shatterline to enter Early Access on September 8, 2022

Frag Lab Studio is excited to announce that our beloved game Shatterline will enter Early Access on Steam on September 8, 2022.


Early Access is an important milestone for us before the official release. It is a unique opportunity to work together with the game community to polish the game and make it stand strong among other game titles: tune and tweak the gunplay, polish the game mechanics, find out and rectify key inconsistencies and bugs to make every aspect of the game as smooth and exciting as we all want it to be.


As we have no publisher and, obviously, lack deep pockets to advertise the game on every corner, we put our fate in the growing community of players. The players who enjoy playing Shatterline, exploring it with their friends, and who let their friends and the friends of their friends know about the game.

On August 30, we will launch servers in two more geographical locations: one in the U.S. West Coast and another in Canada.

Week 4 playtest begins August 30th

We have decided to repeat the continuous play session next week as well. The playtest will start on Tuesday, August 30, at 17:00 CEST (11am EDT) and will finish on Saturday, September 3, at 08:00 CEST (2am EDT).

• Fixed issue when operative abilities available at Level 8 of character progression didn’t work.
• The Conquest mode is added to VERSUS, alongside Escort and Team Deathmatch.

Playtest schedule update for Week 3 (Aug 22-28) and a new server in Singapore

Hi there!


We are changing this week’s playtest schedule (Week 3 of the playtest: Aug 22-28, 2022). Instead of three separate playtest days (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), we will conduct a 3-day non-stop play session from Tuesday to early Friday.


Therefore, this week’s play session will start on August 23, 2022, at 17:00 CEST (11am EDT) and end on August 26, 2022, at 08:00 CEST (2am EDT).

Patch Notes R64_2 (August 18, 2022)


• Fixed issue when a player disconnected by AFK timeout couldn’t reconnect to the game session.
• Fixed issue when the same mode (Escort in our playtest case) was concurrently present as a modified mode in an event (Hardcore Escort) and as a normal mode, players searching for a normal mode could be matched against players in a game session with an event.
• Fixed issue when a non-daily task could be allocated to a player as a daily task.
• Improved rewards for game tasks completion.
